This app is run by Club Golf at USF for scheduling practice tee times. It is not an official University of South Florida system.

What we collect: your name and USF email address, which slots you claim, and whether you're marked as having attended a practice.

Who can see it: other logged-in members can see your name on the roster for tee sheets they view. Club admins can see full sign-up and attendance details, and may export this information to a PDF tee sheet shared with Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club.

Self-reported confirmations: the liability waiver and BullsConnect checkboxes are self-reported by you when creating your account. This app does not independently verify either with USF or BullsConnect.

No guarantee of availability: this is a volunteer-run tool maintained by club officers. The club isn't responsible for missed sign-ups, schedule changes, or downtime caused by technical issues.
